We work with a number of housing associations, ALMOs and companies who work within the energy industry, supplying energy to tenants as well as providing free energy efficiency advice and support.
We are members of the National Housing Federation, the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations and Community Housing Cymru.
- Tenants on our prepayment meters are offered the same price as direct debit customers
- Ebico prices are very competitive, and for prepayment users some of the cheapest on the market
- There are no standing charges, so tenants only pay for what they use; the less they use, the less they pay
- We have high levels of customer service through our partners SSE PLC
- A free priority service is available for elderly or vulnerable tenants
- We are happy to offer free energy saving advice
The National Housing Federation estimates that 32% of all housing association households pay for their gas via pre-payment meters, compared to 11% of all households, and that 44% of housing association households pay for their electricity via pre-payment meters, compared to 16% of all households.
