“Great Expectations” has arrived!

At Ebico we think that consumers have for too long been getting a raw deal at the hands of their energy suppliers, and we want to do something about it. Over the next few weeks, we’ve got a campaign powered by you, the customer, that will give you say as to how you expect to be treated by your energy supplier. You can vote here or on our Facebook page on what you think our "Great Expectations” charter should look like, and have the chance to win a prize at the same time.  

The poll will comprise of the following three separate sections: Openness, Fairness, Honesty

Here’s your chance to tell us what you think should be in our consumer charter. We want to take this charter all the way to Number 10 and transform your experience, as a customer, of the energy industry. Your top 3 choices will make it into the final charter so your opinions really do matter – don’t miss the chance to vote now!
