Over the past few weeks our customers and friends have helped us develop a set of expectations that consumers should be able to have of their home energy supplier. We are now asking all energy consumers to sign our online petition calling on Ofgem to include this set of consumer expectations as legal rquirement in all energy suppliers' licenses.
